The development of the society demands the manpower possess themself of new qualifications. This education enable the students to learn other adult how they learn, to analyse the demand of education, to plan learning of adult within the theme as the demand analysis point out, to motivate and guide colleagues, to work with education interdisciplinary, to evaluate and adjust education. The course is a restructured version of an education we have offered for 3 years. The new form is caused by a new Danish legislation. This course is the last of the ten moduls, the students must pass to become an adult teacher or supervisor. They must write a report where they have to choose and discuss the themes from the whole education. Pedagogical, didactical, psychological and sociological perspektives must presented in a problemorientated way related to their practice.The course is mainly a selfstudy where the students get a general view and make an offer on how to operationalize thier knowledge. The report is the starting point for a verbal face-to-face diskussion between the student, the examiner, who is one of the teachers, and an officially appointed examiner. The student must demonstrate ability in writing a report according to valid rules and must be able to take a critical and argued stand to his own opinions. |  |
